Credit and debit cards processed by PayPal. Membership is charged at the time of purchase and then monthly on the same date until cancelled. First Letter is charged once at the time of purchase.

The first letter is usually mailed from Japan within 7 days of receiving your postal address and introduction. Subsequent letters are mailed monthly as they are completed. Delivery by international standard mail typically takes one to three weeks and is not tracked.

Because each letter is handwritten to order, completed and mailed letters are not returnable. Membership can be cancelled at any time from your account and stops all future billing. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for the full conditions under which we refund or send a replacement.
