Hello, I'm Airi from Kyoto. I work in design. I like simple, well-made things — ceramics, notebooks, tea cups, packaging, and objects that become more beautiful after being used for a long time. Kyoto can be busy in the famous areas, but my daily life is much quieter. I enjoy walking through ordinary residential streets, especially on rainy evenings. I also visit small museums and sometimes hike in the low mountains outside the city. I'm interested in how people live in other countries: the objects they keep at home, their favourite local places, and the small routines that make them feel comfortable.
